On February 15th, the Knights of Columbus Holy Spirit Council came together to brighten the day for the residents of Soddy Daisy Healthcare Center by delivering balloons and heartfelt kindness, with the help of the Holy Spirit youth.
As part of our commitment to faith and community service, our council wanted to remind the residents that they are loved and appreciated. The smiles, laughter, and warm conversations shared made it a memorable experience for all involved. The presence of the children from the Holy Spirit youth group added an extra layer of joy, as their energy and enthusiasm helped brighten the day of the residents.
The Soddy Daisy Healthcare Center provides essential care and support to its residents, and we were honored to bring a little extra joy to their day. Simple gestures, like delivering balloons and spending time with those in long-term care, help foster a sense of connection and community.
We extend our gratitude to the staff at Soddy Daisy Healthcare Center for their dedication to their residents and for welcoming us with open arms. We also thank our fellow Knights and supporters who contributed to making this initiative possible.
