The Knights of Columbus will have their spring Smoked Meat Sale on Saturday, May 17th from 9 AM to 2 PM at the BP gas station parking lot located across from the Subway on Dayton Pike in Soddy Daisy. The Knights will have Smoked Pork Butts, Pulled Pork, a full Rack of Ribs, and Sliced Brisket for sale. Any meat left over will be sold after each mass that weekend until all is gone.
