The Knights of Columbus Council 14079 are firing up the smokers once again for our fall Smoked Meats Sale! Join us on Saturday, November 1st, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the BP gas station parking lot across from Subway on Dayton Pike in Soddy Daisy.
Our pitmasters will be serving up some of your favorites — slow-smoked to perfection and ready to take home for your family to enjoy. Get there early before we sell out!

- 2 lbs of Pulled Pork – $20
- Full Rack of Ribs – $25
- Smoked Pork Butt – $30
- 2 lbs of Sliced Brisket – $30
Any leftover meat after 2 p.m. will be available for purchase following each Mass that weekend — but supplies won’t last long!
